We have been established for 13 years in the area. We were first located in Vernon and then expanded to a more spacious facility in South Windsor. We would like to thank the loyal guests that have been with us throughout our transition and we are looking forward to meeting new guests to add to our fabulous Body Secrets family.

Spa Etiquette
It is our goal to make your visit with us a pleasant and enjoyable one. To maintain the serenity of our environment we kindly ask that you be on time time for your appointment and turn off or silence cell phones before entering the spa. In order to ensure your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa unless a service is being provided for the child.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to give us the opportunity to fill that appointment.
Spa Packages, Bridal Parties and multiple same-day appointments will be asked to be reserved with a credit card or gift card. Those canceling less than 24 hours in advance will be charged half the value of the missed services. Clients who do not call and fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.
To ensure availability of your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next visit before you leave.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, bank cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. There will be a $25 returned check fee. All prices and business hours are subject to change.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable. (Please treat gift cards like cash. If a gift card is lost, it cannot be replaced due to bar coding. )
