Organizing your Spa Event!

What: An event to have a chance to be with your friends outside of the office or meeting place. Fifteen to thirty minute services offer the perfect opportunity to be pampered and relax with good company.
- All members of the party are invited to bring whatever snacks or wine they would like. However, we limit the number of bottles of wine to 2 per event. We provide disposable plates, cups, napkins, silverware, etc.
Who: Body Secrets requires a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 9 people for these special events. Body Secrets reserves the right to cancel a spa party if less than 3 people will be attending. A $100 fee will be charged if the event is cancelled less then one week prior. This fee is non- negotiable. Each person attending the spa party will be able to choose two services from the list below. Each person will be charged a flat rate of $65.00 plus tax if applicable. Services that are taxed include: waxing, facials, manicures & pedicures.

(Note: French Manicure can be applied to fingers or toes for an additional $10.00 and must be noted ahead of time.)
When: Any available Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday evening. Daytime hours are also available for these events if given appropriate advanced notice. Please call in advance to make sure the date you would like is available. A credit card number is also required to reserve these appointments.
- Two weeks prior to the date of the event, Body Secrets needs a list of the name of each person who will be attending and which services they would like (French Polishes must be noted). Please ask for Tracey when calling for details. You may also e-mail the details to Bodysecretsdayspa@yahoo.com
- Please also include any time restrictions for certain guests so we can schedule appropriate starting times (ex: some guests may not be able to get here until 6:00 pm)

Note: If guests are more than 5 minutes late, they may have to forfeit their service (they will still be charged for that service). No changes may be made to the schedule the day of the event. Any changes, additions or subtractions of people or services must be noted within 24 hours of the event.
- The spa will close 30 minutes after the last appointment has finished. To avoid congestion at the front desk at the end of the night, we ask that people please take care of their bill as they finish their services.
