At Body Secrets Day Spa and Hair Salon, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
Spa Etiquette
It is our goal to make your visit with us a pleasant and enjoyable one. In order to ensure your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the spa unless a service is being provided for the child.
Booking Appointments
Please call us at (860) 432-9088 to schedule an appointment. Currently, we do not offer online booking. If you would like to schedule an appointment with a particular technician, please indicate so at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be telephoned the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold appointments for Spa Packages, Bridal Parties and multiple same-day appointments. Those canceling less than 24 hours in advance will be charged half the value of the missed services. Clients who do not call and fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service price.
Punctuality
We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Body Secrets Day Spa, your appointment is scheduled with a technician, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
- You may opt to shorten your treatment
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred
Payment Information
We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), cash, money orders, personal checks, American Express Travelers Cheques and Body Secrets Day Spa gift cards. There will be a $25 returned check fee.
Tipping
Industry standard for tipping is 15%-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. While cash is preferred by most of the technicians, you may leave the tip on your credit card when you pay for your service.
Cell Phones
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off when you enter the Spa.
Series and Packages
Series and Packages are discounted and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds
We are sorry, Skin Care products, Spa Treatments and Gift Cards are not refundable.
Gift Cards
Let us help you pamper that special person. Gift cards for any treatment, package or spa products may be purchased at the front desk.
